Refund policy

Returns: 
Please be advised that in order to get credit for your return, all returns must be received within 30 days, in Unused Brand New condition, NEVER WORN OR USED, and in Original Packaging. If your return does not meet this criteria, you will NOT receive credit for it. It MUST be returned in Brand-New Re-sellable condition. These are Medical Items and must meet the highest standards. 
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the Address of where to return your item. You will receive a refund once the product arrives back at its destination. 
Please include the RA Number and Order Number on the outside and the inside of your return box. All Refunds will be issued AFTER they go through a through inspection to insure they are in Brand-New Re-sellable condition. 
For Exchanges: You will need to return the Unused/Brand New Original Order and then place a new order for the correct size/style.

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number before you ship your item back. There will also be a 20% restocking fee on all items returned and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
-Shipping is non-refundable. 
-There is a 20% re-stocking fee on the Product. 
-You will be refunded upon receipt of item in re-sellable condition. 
-Product must have original packaging, instructions, and any accessories included for full refund. 
-Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt of product. 
Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@orthotronix.com 
Exchanges (if applicable) 
For exchanges, please order the new product and we will refund you accordingly when the return is received. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@orthotronix.com to obtain an RA Number and send your item to

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
